Vintage 1930's image depicting a youthful shot of Joseph Louis Barrow up-close. He would be known simply as Joe Louis and he would become arguably the greatest of all boxers. This rare photo was captured at the time he was a young challenger in the ranks of the heavyweight division. A beautiful portrait where one can feel the intensity.
